Subscription & Refund Policy
How Wellday Care subscriptions work, how to cancel, and when you can get a refund.
The short version
- $119 clinical consultation, then $19/month (Relief) or $69/month (Prevention) for ongoing Wellday Care
- Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Cancel anytime, no fees
- If your clinician determines Wellday isn't right for you, your $119 is refunded
- You're never locked in. We don't make canceling hard
- Medication costs are separate
This summary doesn’t replace the full Subscription & Refund Policy below. If anything seems to conflict, the full policy controls.
I
What you're paying for
Free migraine profile: No charge.
$119 clinical consultation: A 30–45 minute video visit with a licensed clinician who reviews your profile and builds your Wellday Care Plan.
Wellday Care subscription:
- Wellday Relief — $19/month. Occasional migraines requiring acute treatment only.
- Wellday Prevention — $69/month. Frequent migraines requiring preventive plus acute treatment.
What's not included: Medication costs, lab tests or imaging, in-person care if you're referred outside the platform.
For most commercially insured patients, CGRP medications cost $0–$5/month after Wellday coordinates prior authorization and manufacturer savings cards.
II
Subscriptions auto-renew
Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize Wellday to charge your payment method at each renewal. Renewals may be charged up to 2 days early to ensure continuity of care across weekends and holidays.
III
How to cancel
Cancel anytime through:
- Your Wellday patient portal (recommended; instant confirmation)
- Email to support@welldayhealth.com
- Chat through your patient portal
No advance notice required. No fees. No phone calls. No paperwork.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep access through the rest of your paid period; no further charges occur.
IV
What happens to your medications when you cancel
When you cancel:
- Wellday stops scheduling refill coordination
- Wellday stops renewing prior authorizations
- Your clinician stops providing ongoing care, dosage adjustments, or new prescriptions
- Any prescriptions already at your pharmacy remain available per your pharmacy's policies and the original prescription's refill quantity and expiration
If you want to continue treatment, restart Wellday Care or transition to another provider. We'll provide a copy of your medical records to your new provider, free of charge.
V
Refunds
Medical disqualification: Full refund of your $119 consultation if a clinician determines you don't qualify for treatment.
First 30 days, no prescription: Full refund of your first month's subscription if you cancel within 30 days and have not received a prescription.
After the first 30 days: Subscription fees are not refundable for partial months once a billing cycle begins. Access continues through the end of the cycle.
Damaged or incorrect medication: Contact support@welldayhealth.com within 7 days. We'll work with the pharmacy to replace it.
Service disruptions: Extended platform unavailability due to our error gets credited to your account.
VI
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, processed through Stripe. Wellday does not store full card numbers. If a payment fails, we'll attempt to reach you. Repeated failures result in subscription suspension until payment is current.
VII
Pricing changes
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. You can cancel before changes take effect.
VIII
Disputes
