This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are not permitted on the Wellday platform. Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account. This policy is part of our [Terms of Service](/terms).

Misrepresent yourself or your information.
Provide false health, identity, or contact details. Use Wellday for someone other than yourself. Create multiple accounts to abuse our services. Impersonate another person or entity.

Misuse the platform or services.
Commit fraud, including insurance or prescription fraud. Sell, trade, or share medications prescribed through Wellday. Obtain medications you don't intend to use as directed. Bypass clinical assessments or platform safety measures.

Harm the platform or other users.
Hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our systems. Upload viruses or harmful code. Conduct denial-of-service attacks. Harass, threaten, or abuse Wellday staff, clinicians, or other patients.

Violate intellectual property or law.
Copy or republish Wellday content without permission. Use Wellday's trademarks or branding without authorization. Use Wellday for any illegal activity.

Misuse account credentials.
Share your account or credentials. Access another patient's account or records.

Misrepresent Wellday.
Make false statements about Wellday for commercial gain. Operate fake accounts pretending to be Wellday-affiliated. Use Wellday's communications channels for spam.

What happens if you violate this policy
We may, at our discretion, warn you, suspend your account, terminate your account permanently, refer the matter to law enforcement, or pursue legal action. We will provide notice when reasonably possible. In urgent cases (security threats, fraud, safety concerns), we may act without prior notice.
