What does Wellday cost?
A $119 clinical consultation, charged at checkout — it covers a licensed clinician's review of your intake and their treatment recommendation. If a clinician approves medication, you're charged only then: it's priced per fill and shown before you're charged, billed per fill until you cancel. There's no monthly membership.
Why is the consultation $119 if I haven't even decided to join?
It covers your clinician's time to review your intake and confirm the right treatment for you. You get that clinical review whether or not you continue with ongoing care. We don't fund clinical evaluation hoping you'll convert — we charge fairly for the care you receive at every step.
What if I'm not a candidate for Wellday?
If what you tell us suggests Wellday isn't the right fit (refractory cases needing in-person specialty care, certain insurance situations), we'll tell you honestly before you pay anything. No charge to find out.
How does billing work?
Your $119 consultation is billed at checkout. Medication is never charged at checkout — only after a clinician writes a prescription, and then it bills per fill until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your account or by email — no annual contracts, no cancellation fees.
Do you take insurance?
Wellday Care isn’t billed to insurance — it’s a direct-pay service, and acute migraine care is cash-pay today. Working with your insurance for medications, prior authorization, and savings card coordination arrives with our preventive care program.
What's not covered by Wellday Care?
In-person procedures (Botox, infusions, nerve blocks) are administered at in-person clinics — when our preventive care launches we'll coordinate the referral and handle the insurance, but the procedure itself always happens elsewhere. Emergency or urgent care, diagnostic imaging, and lab work also happen with in-person providers when needed. We're upfront about all of this during your consultation.
